Rates do not include taxes and city fees which come to 15% plus $3 per night per room.


St. Vincent’s requires a one night deposit to guarantee the reservation.  This deposit is refundable (minus a $10 processing fee) if you cancel timely in accordance with the cancellation policy.  


The cancellation policy is 72 hours hours prior to arrival except for the following special events:


  • Mardi Gras has 15 day cancellation.  

Mardi Gras is Febrary 23-28, 2017. 

  • Jazzfest has 15 day cancellation.  

Jazzfest is April 24 - 26 and April 30- May 1 in 2016.  


Any cancellations made outside the timeframe will forfeit all deposit payments.

Short Notice Hotel Booking Policy


Booking policies are shown to customers when they book less than 3 days before arrival.


Age requirements:

Guest must be 18 years of age to book a hotel room and must provide proper identification upon arrival.


Check-in: 3pm

Check-out: 11am

SVGH accepts Cash and Card


Accepted cards:

  • Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express - a charge of 5%. Card charges will be automatically added when a payment is made.


Deposit Details:

  • A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required at the time the reservation is made to guarantee a reservation.

  • This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Rates are subject to state and local taxes (City tax of $3.00 per room, per night. State tax of 15% per room, per stay)

Reduction & No Show:

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.



Multiple day reservations, will only be refreshed upon request.



A community kitchen is available and is equipped with a microwave, stove, and refrigeration. Please wash all pots and pans and clean area after use. Guests are asked to label their items as the hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The kitchen is cleaned daily and all items not labeled will be thrown out.


Lost key:

A $20 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if the room key is not returned at check-out.



Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to preserve a relaxing environment for other guests.



No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals. Notification prior to arrival must be given to the hotel and a health certificate obtained from a veterinarian within 10 days of arrival must be presented at check-in. A $50 per day cleaning fee will be charged.


Room Capacity:

Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room capacity on the reservation page unless consent is given by hotel management. No floor sleepers. Roll-away beds are NOT available.


Room Damage/Missing Items/Excessive Cleaning:

If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace item + $50 per hour labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged bedding, towels, windows, window screens, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.


Smoking, e-cigarettes, water pipes, candles:

For the comfort and safety of our guests SVGH is an entirely smoke-free facility. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file if any type of smoking or burning candles in the rooms occurs while in the hotel.



  • All guests are required to fill out a Pool Waiver at the point of check-in for all guests on reservation.

  • Pool hours are 8am to midnight.

  • Use of the pool by hotel guests is limited solely to registered hotel guests.

  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the pool area by a parent or guardian, or an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior.

  • Only use the facility during posted hours of operation.

  • Failure to comply will result in eviction from the pool.
